How To Order Your Keepsake Jewelry

I want to ensure that my ordering process is as straightforward as possible. Once you have decided which piece of cremation jewelry you would like to memorialize your loved ones ashes within, please add it to your shopping cart and fill out the requested information. Please select the tracked Express Canada Post shipping option when you check out. 

How To Ship Your Loved One's Ashes

Please place approximately between one to three teaspoons of the ashes in a small container or ziploc bag with your loved one's name written on it. This amount doesn't need to be exact as I will send you back any ashes that are not used. Send them in a tracked package or envelope. 

Once I receive your loved one's ashes at my studio, I will personally ensure that they will be handled with dignity during the process of creating your memorial keepsake. I use an identification system to eliminate any possibility of error. 

Shipping Information

I personally handle every order that comes in and leaves my studio and I ensure it is packaged with the utmost care. I will always send you the tracking information, so you know where your package is at all times. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your finished piece.

Delivery Time

Delivery time can be anywhere from a week to three weeks from receiving the ashes. Please contact me if this is a rush order.
